GM's Message

Dear Esteemed Customers,
Greetings on the occasion of Rajo Festival and up-coming Naba Kalebara Yatra. I take this opportunity to apprise you of a customer friendly plan implemented by BSNL in the form of unlimited calls in night hours. This new plan enables you to make unlimited calls from your land line to any other land line or mobile number of any operator at any where in India w.e.f. 1st May 2015. This facility can be availed from 9PM to 7AM each day. This enables these subscribers to talk to their nears and dears freely for a longer duration in their free late evening time.

BSNL has achieved another landmark in providing "Free Nation wide Roaming" facility to all its prepaid and postpaid subscriber w.e.f. 15th, June 2015. This has made BSNL to become the only operator to provide this facility to its subscribers. With the introduction of this facility, the frequently traveling subscribers will not be keeping multiple SIMs and will not also purchase roaming vouchers (STV).

Over the last few years there has been recurring disruption to telecom services on account of cable damages caused due to number of construction activities for development of roads, drainage, and sewerage. Many of you might have discontinued the land line service because of your dissatisfaction or the telephone might have got disconnected due to nonpayment of outstanding dues. This free calling plan brought by BSNL could be a unique opportunity for you to restore your telephones by paying all the outstanding dues. BSNL has also brought a Samadhan Scheme to resolve all billing related complaints either due to service remaining interrupted or any other reason. I would request you to kindly avail of this scheme.

I once again convey my greetings to you and your family for the upcoming festivities.

     Yours Sincerely,

Mr.M. S. Beck
