I do welcome back all the customers who were once part of BSNL family and departed BSNL due to some reason or other. The customers who left BSNL because of billing disputes, I do assure that all the billing disputed cases will be amicably solved in the ”SAMADHAN” Scheme and you can again be our esteemed customer. BSNL has launched various new customer friendly plans in both landline & mobile. One such plan is unlimited night calling in landline telephones between 9PM to 7AM. You can avail these plans.

I do request all the new visitors to join BSNL and feel the “APANAPAN” of BSNL. It is the only telecom service provider where you can meet a person physically to address all your queries & grievances.

I do admit with great regret that at times we have failed to provide our esteemed customers uninterrupted reliable service because of frequent underground cable damages due to road expansion, sewage & water pipe works. But we BSNL Balangir as a team do assure you that we will try our best to provide you uninterrupted service by attending the faults at the earliest.
