OPERATING PROCEDURE:
STEP 1
Create your Secret Code:
Select any four digit code of your choice. For example ,suppose your select four digit code, then
dial the following digits. |

123 represents the key for this operation which remains constant irrespective of the four digit code selected by you.After dialing the above numbers if your code is registered by the system then you will hear an acceptance tone consisting of tone and long
pause repeatedly. If your code is not registered then
you will hear a rejection tone consisting of a tone and
short pause repeatedly. In such case, you should redial
the number sequence above
STEP 2
To lock STD/ISD :
Dial 124 followed by four digit code followed by'1'
Thus in the above example where the four digit code was
chosen as 8706, you should dial. |

STEP 3
To reactive (Unlock)the STD/ISD Facility:
Dial 124 followed by your four digit code followed
by'0'. Thus in the above example where the four digit
code was chose as 8706, you should dial. |

STEP 4
Change of Code:
Suppose you desire to change your four digit secret code from 8706 as given in the above example to say to 9335, dial the following sequence: |

you will hear an acceptance tone confirming that your code has changed from 8706 to 9335.
STEP 5
Unlock STD/Local Call but Lock ISD
Dial 124 followed by your four digit code followed by 3 . Thus the above example where the 4 digit code is 8706.you should dial. |

You can now make STD/Local Calls but not ISD Calls.
STEP 6
All outgoing Calls Barred. (Only incoming Calls).
