Customer Service Center has been operational in Hemkapada SDOP-II Office, Remuna Golei and Jaleswar Telephone Exchange campus.

In GMTD Office single window center has been made operational with all types of services offering.

Broadband services has been offered in Balasore and Bhadrak city and shortly BSNL is going to launch broadband multiply service in the district hqrs. of Bhadrak and Balasore district.

MLLN network service has already available in Balasore. Shortly the MLLN services will be availble in Soro, Bhadrak, Chandabali, Basta, and Jaleswar.

Mobile capacity is going to be augmented shortly.
